About Noor o Namak
Noor o Namak (“Light and Salt”) is a Christian nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing education, healthcare, and hope to persecuted and impoverished families in Sargodha, Pakistan. Our mission is to empower communities through faith, education, and sustainable development — shining the light of Christ in some of the world’s most challenging regions.
Position Overview
The Community Giving Representative helps expand Noor o Namak’s network of supporters. You’ll connect with individuals, churches, and businesses to share our story and invite them to partner with us through monthly or one-time giving. This is a commission-based outreach role, ideal for motivated, outgoing individuals who are passionate about ministry, community engagement, and global impact. You can work remotely or in your local area, with flexible hours and full training provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Share Noor o Namak’s mission with individuals, churches, and businesses.
- Secure monthly or one-time donations using approved materials and messaging.
- Represent the organization with professionalism, integrity, and compassion.
- Keep accurate records of outreach activities and donor contributions.
- Follow all legal, ethical, and safety guidelines for charitable fundraising.
Compensation Structure
- Earn 5% commission on the total amount of confirmed donations you personally bring in.
- Example: For every $1,000 raised, you earn $50.
- No hourly or base pay; income is directly tied to outreach results.
Qualifications
- Age 16 or older (in compliance with Florida labor laws).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for ministry, missions, and community development.
- Reliable, honest, and self-motivated.
- Prior fundraising or outreach experience is helpful but not required.
