Project Overview | Noor o Namak Fondation
Noor o Namak Foundation is building a faith-centered, multi-institution campus in Sargodha, Pakistan to serve the Christian community through education, healthcare, skills training, and basic infrastructure. The project will include a high-quality K–10 school, a Women’s Technical College with market-relevant trades, an IT and vocational institute for youth, and a fully equipped urgent-care clinic with x-ray and infection-control standards. The campus will feature wheelchair access, fire safety systems, and generator-backed HVAC, ensuring safety and continuity of services. Clean water taps with filtration and solar-assisted energy solutions will provide sustainability and reduce operating costs. By integrating these facilities in one secure environment, the foundation will offer Christian families a pathway out of poverty, improve health outcomes, and empower the next generation to thrive with dignity and hope.
Why This Project is Needed
For generations, the Christian community in Pakistan has carried the weight of systemic discrimination, poverty, and silence. Many Christian families work as sanitation workers, brick-kiln laborers, or domestic helpers. Jobs passed from parent to child, leaving little chance to escape the cycle. Children often walk long distances to under-resourced schools, sit on the floor without books or proper desks, and endure ridicule for their faith. Too many drop out early to earn daily wages and help feed their families, closing the door to a future of education and hope.
Mothers and daughters bear the brunt of economic hardship, with few opportunities for skill development or dignified employment. Young women are vulnerable to exploitation and early marriage simply because no safe, affordable, faith-respecting training centers exist. When illness strikes a sick child with fever, a father injured at work, families must wait hours at overcrowded government clinics or pay more than they can afford at private facilities. Some simply stay home and pray, because treatment is out of reach.
Beyond education and health, Christian communities often live in neglected neighborhoods without clean water, safe sanitation, or reliable electricity. These daily struggles are not just statistics, they are stories of children with dreams deferred, parents who worry about their future, and entire families longing for a place where they are seen, respected, and empowered.
Noor o Namak Foundation’s project is a direct response to this cry for dignity. By building a safe, Christ-centered campus that combines schooling, vocational training, urgent care, and basic infrastructure, we are saying to every Christian child and family:
“You matter, your future matters, and together we can build a better tomorrow.”
Vision | Noor o Namak Foundation
A future where every Christian child in Sargodha can dream freely, learn without fear, and grow into the person God created them to be. A future where mothers and fathers no longer choose between medicine and food, where women can work with dignity, and where families find hope, healing, and faith together.
Mission | Noor o Namak Foundation
We are here to build a safe place where:
Children sit in bright classrooms, not on dusty floors.
Women learn skills that put food on the table and pride in their hearts.
The sick find care that is close, kind, and affordable.
Clean water runs freely, lights stay on, and no one is left behind.
Everything we do is for one reason, to lift up the Christian community with love, dignity, and opportunity, so they can live full lives and shine the light of Christ in Sargodha.
